[2024] DfMA High-Rise Residential with Mace at Chapter Living London Bridge (UK)
At Chapter Living London Bridge, the Mace team benefits daily from the Ynomia system, saving time, cost and substantially mitigating risk through better visibility and management of their various supply chain partners across all Structure & Building Envelope packages and components from Design through Handover. The implementation heavily leverages Ynomia's Bluetooth Tag & Track and Realtime API integrations with Aconex & BIM360 to provide full traceability and automated, realtime visibility of thousands of components.
[2024] Volumetric Construction with Obayashi at HDB Tengah (Singapore)
Ynomia (Automated Real-time BLE and 3D Digital Twin) has been implemented to bring unparalleled visibility into the Obayashi Singapore and Obayashi Precast supply chain by substantially automating and simplifying the reporting process across all six locations. The implementation has almost completely automated the tracking of progress and location of over 8,000 Volumetric Precast Units by utilising Ynomia’s BLE Tags from Malaysia to Singapore with minimal effort.
[2023] Offsite Awards Winner in partnership with the MOJ, Kier & PCE
As lead contractor at HMP Millsike, Kier worked closely with MoJ, PCE and the Ynomia team to implement the Ynomia solution and provide unprecedented realtime visibility of over 14,000 offsite components and many more sub-components across over ten suppliers across the UK and Europe. This allowed for faster, greener, and more efficient delivery including measurable time and cost savings, requiring significantly fewer staff to manage component interfaces, reducing carbon footprint by removing multiple factory visits and critically minimising risk through certainty of quality and delivery.
